Research Abstract |
In the present study, the following were examined : 1) comparison of whole-body and arm bag method, is sauna bathing, 2) seasonal difference of the trace elements concentration in sweat, in exercise. The sauna bathing experiment carried out the dry-type sauna bothing (60℃, 30 min), and the sweat was collected by the whole-body and arm bag method. The exercise experiment carried out bicycle ergometer for 1 hour which regulated the heart rate in 140 beat/minute, in summer and winter, and the sweat was collected by arm bag. Trace elements might be lost by the sweating, in the both experiments. In sauna bathing, trace elements concentrations tended to be higher in the whole-body method than in the arm bag method, and there were no significant correlations between the both method. The trace element seemed to concentration by contamination from skin and evaporation of sweat. In exercise, trace elements concentrations tended to be higher in the winter than in the summer. There was no significant differences between the summer and winter in the loss in trace elements in sweat. The elimination of the remarkable trace element is predicted abundantly perspiring sport men in the much sweating in the winter. It is considered that, therefore, the elimination of the trace elements by the sweating becomes the inducement for trace elements deficiency of the sport men and women.
