| Research Abstract |
目的:dynamic CTによる腫瘍内増強効果がthermoradiotherapyによる治療効果tumorresponseのpredictive assayに利用可能であるかについて検討した.
方法;26patientsに対してthemoradiotheraptherapyを施行した.radiotherapyは40-70Gy照射せれた.hyperthermiaは全例に毎回温度測定を行い,計3-4sessionの治療が施行された.dynamic CTは温熱療法前Prehyperthermia,治療期間中midtherapyに施行した.
結果:Complete response(CR)was obtained in 11(42%)and non-CR in l5(58%).prehyperthermia CT studyによって得られたtumor enhancement(ΔCT_<max>)とaverage tumortemperature(Tave)との関連性はなかった.prehyperthermiaとmidtherapyのCT studyで得られたTmaxの比[R(ΔCT_<max>)]はTaveと相関した(p<0.05).CR respondersにおいて,prehyperthermia CTとmidtherapy CTのΔCT_<max>は各々39.0±18.9HU,26.1±14.2HUで,non-CR respondersにおいては各々46.4±21.1HU,49.6±19.1HUであった。このΔCT_<max>の変化はtumor responseの違いによって有意差があった(p<0.01)。
結果:PrehyPerthermiaとmidtherapyの2回のdynamic CT studyから得られたtumorenhancementからhyperthermiaのtumor tempertatureおよびthermoradiotherpyのtumor responseを推測することが可能であった.
