Research Abstract

平成11年度に行った鐘状期ヒト歯胚mRNA由来のSAGE concatemer cDNA cloneの解析の結果、延べ1055のtagシークエンスを得た。構成的に発現している遺伝子以外の既知のヒト遺伝子あるいはヒト以外の種の既知遺伝子とホモロジーの高い遺伝子には下記のものが含まれた。
collagenα(I),α2(I),α2(V)andα1(XII),amelogenin,ameloblastin,bone morphogenetic protein-2,-4and-6,transforming growth factor-β1andβ2,neurotrophic tyrosine kinaze-receptor type2,netrin1,lamininβ1 chain precursor,connexin32,β-preprotachykinin,1,25-dihydroxyvitaminD3 receptor,calbindinD-9k,tubulointerstitial nephritis antigen,midkine,epidermal growth factor(EGF),EGF-receptor,platelet-derived growth factor receptor,ferritin heavy chain,distal-less homeo box3,sonic hedgehog(Drosophila)homolog,dentin phosphoryn,PKCq-interacting protein PICOT,FAA protein,vimentin,steroid receptor coactivator-1 F-SRC-1,erythropoietin receptor,signal transducer and activator of transcription 5A。
