Research Abstract	1.Anacysitis nidulans 6301ゲノム解析: 独立のλクローン451個を解析し、2562kbpの領域(全体の95%)をカバーするcontigを作製した。さらに、この451個の全λクローンの両末端の塩基配列を決定した。これは全ゲノムに対し、平均2.8kbp毎にsequence tagを作製したことになる。 II.植物光合成関連mRNAの濃縮: 上で決定された配列より37個の光合成関連遺伝子を決定した。タバコ若葉より光合成関連mRNAの濃縮法の条件検討を行った。 III.情報公開: ホームページの改訂を行いつつあり、詳細な物理地図がわかるようになる。
