Research Abstract	今年度購入した装置は順調に立ち上がりつつある。主要な成果は以下の通りである。 1.我々はAlフラックス法により高温で強磁性を示す低キャリアー密度物質CaB_6およびLaをドープした単結晶を作製し、基礎物性測定、電子スピン共鳴によりこの物質の強磁性の特異性を明らかした。さらに、Alフラックスを用いないフローティングゾーン法により単結晶の作製に初めて成功した。 2.軌道秩序を示す典型物質CeB_6のフェルミ面、有効質量、反強四重極転移温度、反強磁性転移温度の異常な圧力依存性と相互の関係を明らかにした。また、Laとの混晶のIV相で熱物性、磁気抵抗の測定から近藤効果の役割を明らかにした。新しい軌道秩序を示す物質DyB_2C_2で光電子分光法およびドハースファンアルフェン(dHvA)効果により電子構造を明らかにした。 3.軸性圧力下のdHvA効果の開発を行い、軌道秩序を示す物質Ce_3Pd_<20>Ge_6およびその参照物質で初めてフェルミ面の軸性圧力変化による変化を明らかにした。 4.TmTeの四重極秩序相でTeのNMR観測に成功した。TeをSeで10%置き換えることによって0.6K以上で四重極秩序相からの信号が観測できなくなることを明らかにした。CeTeでは初めてドハースファンアルフェン効果が観測できる純良単結晶作製に成功した。 5.軌道自由度が重要となる局在f電子系化合物の純良単結晶育成に着手するとともに、UN,UCで光電子分光法によりバンド構造を明らかにした。 6.電荷秩序を起こす物質Yb_4As_3のシングルドメイン試料を作製し、低温での磁気的な振る舞いが概略は一次元鎖の交替磁場の理論で説明できるが、それでも説明できない異常があることを明らかにした。また、ホール面からのシュブニコフドハースの観測に成功した。
