Research Abstract

1.フタロシアニン導体を用いた希薄合金Co_<001>Ni_<0.99>Pc(AsF_6)_<0.5>はCo上の局在スピンとPc上の遍歴電子が共存する電子系である。この希薄合金のESRに出現する超微細構造を解析する事により、Coに局在するスピンは3d_z^2軌道を占めている事を明らかにした。また、ESRの線幅とg値の温度依存性をモデル計算と比較する事によって、この局在スピンと遍歴性π電子との交換相互作用を|J_<πd>|=0.013 eV、フェルミ順位の1スピンあたりの状態密度をD_F=3.5 eV^<-1>と実験的に見積もる事に威功した。これらのバラメータをバンド幅と組み合わせて、この物質の近藤温度を見積もるとT_K=2×10_<-5> Kと非常に低い温度である事を明らかにした。またCoPc(AsF_6)_<0.5>とNiPc(AsF_6)_<0.5>の偏光反射スペクトルを比較した。その結果、CoPc(AsF_6)_<0.5>のフェルミ準位付近には、かなり広いバンド幅のCo3d_z^2バンドが存在する事を明らかにした。また、ラマン散乱の共鳴効果より、弱い電子遷移を発見し、3d_x^2-_y^2バンドの位置を推定した。
2.溶媒分子を含み狭いバンド幅を持つ分子導体(BEDT-ATD)_2X(solvent)(X=PF_6,AsF_6,BF_4;solvent=THF,DHF,DO)の反射率の測定と低温構造の決定を行なった。この物質の光学伝導度スペクトルから伝導電子はoff-siteクーロンエネルギーの影響を受けており、電子密度の強い揺らぎがあることを明らかにした。また絶縁相では4k_F(2量化)の構造変化を起こす事を明らかにした。配向乱れを起こしていた溶媒分子が強誘電的に配向する物質があるが、これらの分子はガラス的に徐々に配向して行く事も明らかにした。
