| Research Abstract |
本年度も、班会議、共同実験、合同班会議、全体会議を積極的に進めた。また、本年度2回開催した総括班会議では、評価委員に研究の進捗状況等について評価および指導を頂いた。さらに、ホームページの刷新、ニュースレター(No.2,3)の発行、公開シンポジウムの開催を行った。特に、平成13年1月に開催された公開シンポジウムでは、約120名の非常に多くの参加者を得た。また、本年度、研究成果が新聞記事として12件掲載され、本研究領域に関する社会の関心が高いことが再認識されるとともに、本領域において研究成果が確実に出つつあることが示された。
