| Research Abstract |
今年度は下記のように研究集会を13回開催した.
1.確率数値解析に於ける諸問題
2.Mini-Conference on Random Schro"dinger Operators
3.数理現象と非線形微分方程式
4.ディリクレ形式とマルコフ過程
5.Heat equations and related topics
6.確率解析
7.ランダム行列とその周辺
8.流体力学極限とその周辺
9.確率論と幾何学
10.Topics in Ergodic Theory
11.確率論とその周辺
12.対称統計量の漸近理論と応用
13.多状態粒子系の解析
1では情報科学に於ける確率・統計的手法,2ではランダムなSchro"dinger作用素,3では微分方程式で取り扱える現象,4ではジャンプ型のマルコフ過程など,5ではグラフ,リーマン多様体上の熱方程式に関する話題を論じた.また,10では,Smooth Ergodic Theory・Gap Theorems・Scattering Open Billiardsに関する総合報告があった.11は確率論全体をカバーする全国規模の研究集会である.12では対称統計量,特にU-統計量の漸近理論とその力学系や数理統計学への応用について議論された.13では,多状態排他過程,Widom-Rowlinson modelなどの確率モデルに関する7講演が行われた.
今年度は外国人研究者として C. -R. Hwang, L. Wu, F. Comets, K. D. Elworthy, R. Schinazi, E. Eberlein, E. Gobet, M. Kesslerの8氏を招聘した.詳細については,別冊の研究成果報告書を参照していただきたい.
