| Research Abstract |
半単純Lie群のユニタリ最高ウエイト表現の次数を計算した(落合と加藤昇平との共同研究)。スカラー型の表現に対しては群の型に依らない次数の公式を与えることができた。これは古典的なGiambelliの3つの公式をまとめていると同時に、例外型へもそれを拡張している。スカラー型でない表現に対してはKazhdan-Lusztig型の分解公式を用いるアプローチで次数を与えた。特に例外型リー環E_7の場合にisotropy表現との関係を示唆する公式を得た。例外型テータリフトの存在を示唆していて、興味深く今後の課題となる。また、Hermite対称空間に限らず、重複度自由な作用のspherical軌道の次数も研究した。
関連して、脇本はアフィンリー環、共形代数、アフィン・スーパー・リー環のそれぞれの表現を指標、特に指標のモジュラー不変性から調べた。大島は不変包絡環の中心元やその一般化に関する等式を導き、示野は対称空間を拡張したルート系に付随する積分変換やDunkl変換に対して,Heisenbergの不等式とHardyの定理の類似を証明するなど、実数体上の表現を調べた。金子は数論的見地から母函数の特殊値を、今野はendoscopyについて調べると共に、局所体上のユニタリ群のadmissible表現を詳細に調べている。
その他、半単純リー群のベキ零軌道に関する研究会を開催し、概均質ベクトル空間の構造論や代数幾何的不変式論などを用いた方法を進展させている(落合、現在継続中、関口次郎、山下博、西山享などと)。
