Research Abstract	皮膚樹状細胞(ランゲルハンス細胞)の活性化と遊走シグナルは密に関連して合目的に制御されていると考えられる。11年度はハプテン外用後に生ずるランゲルハンス細胞の活性化の病態(J Invest Dermatol(Synp Proc)4:164,1999)、ランゲルハンス細胞の真皮から表皮内への移入におけるIL6とTNF-αの役割(J Dermatol Sci 19:166,1999)について明らかにした。12年度は、表皮内有棘細胞癌であるボーエン病におけるCD1a陽性樹状細胞と表皮内CD3,CD4,CD68各陽性細胞数との動態と腫瘍細胞との関連を明らかにした(Brit J Dermatol 143:1211,2000)。また抗酸化剤の一つであるCX-659Sがマウスならびにモルモットの接触皮膚炎のいくつかのモデルを抑制すること、局所のIL-1bやTNF-a産生を抑制することを明らかにした(Int. Arch.Anergy Immnol 123:341,2000)。現在、表皮細胞のGM-CSF産生とランゲルハンス細胞の活性化に対する抑制効果を検討している。さらに黒色腫におけるマクロファージの動態とTNF-a、IL-8、VEGFの産生の関連性を明らかにした(Int. J Cancer85,182,2000,Jap J Cancer Res91:906,2000)。13年度は、樹状細胞の場を形成する表皮細胞のケモカイン・サイトカインの動態とIL-13 receptorの局在を観察し(J Dermatol Sci 25:229-235,2001,Cytokine 13:75-84,2001,J Dermatol Sci, in press)、真菌感染症や乾癬におけるIFN-gやIL-8産生細胞の局在を明らかにした(Eur J Dermatol 11:105, 2001,J Demmtol Sci 26:119,2001,Eur J Demmtol, in press, Dermatology, in press)。また腫瘍消腿や真菌性肉芽腫、皮膚リンパ濾胞形成における樹状細胞の関与を指摘した(Dendriti Cells 11:13,2001,Clin Exp Dermatol 26:705,2001,Eur J Dermatol,11:527,2001)。
