Research Abstract |
BALB/C mouse was used in the identification of the localization of HGF, c-Met, etc. in the mouse foetus secondary palate shelves. The foetus is exposed from the dam from pregnancy 14th to 15th in 6 hour by anesthetize, and the paraffin section is produced, and HGF, c-Met oncogene protein, the cytokeratin which is the epithelial cell marker, vimentin which is the mesenchymal cell marker were examined by immunostaining procedure. As the result, there was the expression in which c-Met was mainly extensive for whole palate shelves before the adhesion 14th for HGF in the epitherial layer of palate shelves, and the vimentin observed the mesenchymal tissue, and the cytokeratin was recognized only in the epitherial layer. The adhesion took the horizontal positioning on secondary palate shelves near, and c-Met expression was strengthened. reversely decreased in the mesenchymal organization a little, and it was strengthened in the epitherial layer. There was some the resistant expression on the vimentin with the adhesion division epithelium in the circumference. And, there was the coloration on the cytokeratin in the epitherial layer. HGF, c-Met was abated in the adhesion completion in the whole. Vimentin there palate whole area expression, so that the cytokeratin may diffuse from the adhesion division, there mesenchymal extensiv, that is to say, epithelium marker cytokeratin mesenchymal simultaneously, there identical expression, it was indicated that HGF, c-Met induced the conversion of epithelium-mesenchymal tissue. It was indicated that the apoptosis was concerned in that it extensively appears palate shelves 14th and that the protrusion moves from the vertical position to horizontal positioning on Nick-End labelling which is an index to the apoptosis.
