Research Abstract	環境変化に対して機動的に対応できる機動的コントロールシステムについて研究することにより,機動的生産(Agile Manufacturing)の実現を目指すために,本年度は,下記についての研究を行った. 1.プロジェクトスケジューリングに対するシステムダイナミクスとネットワークアプローチの統合:大規模で複雑なプロジェクトスケジューリングに対して,連続型システムに対するシミュレーション言語であるシステムダイナミクスを,PERTやCPMなど従来からのネットワークアプローチと統合した方法論を提案し,ケーススタディによりその有効性を示した. 2.複雑な構成を持つ生産システムに対するスケジューリング方策:複雑な構成を持つ生産システムとして,同一の生産工程で複数回の処理を受けるリエントラント生産システム,および市場に供給した製品を回収して再生産するリサイクリック生産システムに対して,スケジューリング方策を提案し,待ち行列理論の平均値解析,および確率過程のマルコフ解析を応用して,その特性を明らかにした. 3.ジョブショップにおけるメイクスパン最小スケジュールのロバストネスの最適化:スケジュールのロバストネスを,スケジュール中のオペレーションの完了が1単位遅れた場合に開始が遅れるジョブ数と定義し,そのロバストネスを分枝限定法により最適化するためのヒューリステックを提案し,その有効性を数値実験により示した.
