Research Abstract	情動を制御する分子機構を明らかにする目的で、我々は遺伝子欠損により情動行動の異常となるFynに注目して研究解析を行っている。本年度は、新たにサーカディアンリズム、攻撃行動についての異常が認められた。これらの結果は、Fyn遺伝子がマウス情動行動形成に関わる可能性を示唆するものとして興味深い。また、情動形成に関わる分子メカニズムを解析する目的で、Fyn結合タンパク質の解析を行っており、Fyn結合型カドヘリンであるCNRファミリー分子群が、免疫グロブリンやT細胞受容体遺伝子とよく似た遺伝子構造をとっていることを明らかにした。このCNRファミリーの解析により、情動行動形成および制御に関わる新たな分子メカニズムが明らかになる可能性が指摘されている。
