| Research Abstract |
In 1999, the utility of ADR for various fields of Cyberspace and its limitation were studied, through the questionnaire on Internet users and sample investigation. Example: the mediation service by Online Ombuds Office and Domain name dispute resolution by ICANN.
In 2000, case research was continued on the ICANN's UDRP which has huge examples. For Japanese domain name dispute, I have participated to the rule-making and ADR practising process as a panelist.
