平成11年度はマクロ経済学研究会において次のような研究報告がなされた。

また,これまでの研究成果をまとめた書物として岩本康志,大竹文雄,斉藤誠(いずれも研究分担者)と二神孝一(研究代表者)の共著「経済政策とマクロ経済学」(日本経済新聞社)を出版した。この本は,共著者4人が,財政,労働,金融,成長の4分野について新しいマクロ経済学の政策的可能性を論じたものである。
