Research Abstract |
(1) By investigating the extrinsic shape of geodesics of all isoparametric hypersurfaces in a real space form we characterize such hypersurfaces. (Canadian Math.Bull.) (2) From the viewpoint of (1) we characterize all homogeneous real hypersurfaces in a complex projective space. (Archiv der Math.) (3) We study geometric properties of circles in a compact Hermitian symmetric space. (Tsukuba J.Math.) (4) Investigating the holomorphic distribution of homogeneous real hypersurfaces of type A1, A2 or type B, we characterize such real hypersurfaces. (Czechoslovak Math.J.)
