Research Abstract |
In this research, we analyze the influences of regional conditions on individual disaster consciousness and evacuation activity, measure the proclamation effects of flood hazard map, and examine the efficient flood hazard map in consideration of regional conditions. And we also analyze the actual condition and the formation factor of cognition about the danger of a flood taking notice of flood experience and a flood hazard map, and the influence of the formation factor of the cognition about the danger of a flood on the correspondence action for a flood. In this study, we develop the simulation system expressing the process in which disaster information is transmitted to residents, for the purpose or considering the increase in efficiency or the communication or information to the residents at the time of a disaster.
