| Research Abstract |
Questionnaire investigation about the proper care dimension, a period to stop and a movement path were measured for the purpose of the improvement of the care environment at the establishment.
Questionnaire investigation about the professional carers all of the members (18 women, 2 men) was done targeting special nursing home for the aged of residents' about 50 scale in the first year. Contents of investigation were transfer of each every care place by care for a movement and the evaluation of a physical burden, safety and the performance of the technical aids. The narrowness of the entrance width in a bathroom, filth treatment room, toilets, and so on was pointed out from many movements of using a wheelchair for care for a movement at the establishment being. nd efficiency and the side such as a movement burden in the second year by using an infrared rays location system. The portable objects of the transmitter were all of the members (except for the resident that it seat place maintenance can't be done), a professional carers all of the members and a care machine, and it was made 68 units in total. The places to install a receiver were all residence room, a corridor, the toilets for the tenant, the restaurant, the bathroom, filth treatment room, linen room, pantry room, professional carers room, and it moved it to 30 places in total. Arrangement in the establishment and the degree of the resident's independence gave a peiod of the professional carers and the technical aids to stop, and the frequency of the movement the difference. On the other hand, the difference was shown with the resident in a period to stop by the degree of the independence and the kind of the technical aids, and the frequency of the movement. It showed a tendency to limit the movement of the wheelchair user to the space which connected a restaurant with one's residence room.
