| Research Abstract |
沖縄県では、肺の扁平上皮癌や腺扁平上皮癌が本土に比べ著しく多くみられ、扁平上皮癌や腺扁平上皮癌では扁平上皮癌部位にヒトパピローマウイルス(HPV)の感染がみられることを報告した。今回、HPV16と18を培養肺腺癌細胞(PC-14)と大腸の腺癌細胞(DLD-1)にトランスフェクトした。HPVのE6とE7領域の発現がみられる癌細胞は扁平上皮化生を示し、扁平上皮のマーカーであるインボルクリンや高分子ケラチン(MollのNo.1)、さらにトランスグルタミナーゼの発現がみられる。さらにDNase γの発現も認め、アポトーシスも亢進していた。
