Research Abstract

昨年度に引き続き腎不全を原因とする二次性副甲状腺機能亢進症患者20例の摘出副甲状腺組織を用い,クロナリティーとC末端-PTH(c-PTH)レベル,腫瘍の重量,及び病理学的特徴との関係について調べた.この結果75%の症例にクロナリティーが認められたものの上記3項目との相関性は見られなかった.
以上の結果より,二次性副甲状腺機能亢進症のほとんどは単一細胞由来でありこれらの形態はc-PTHレベルや病理学的特徴によって多細胞由来のものとの鑑別は困難であることが明らかとなった.また、Zollinger-Ellison syndoromeを併発したMEN1症例1例についてmenin遺伝子の異常を検索したとこと,エクソン3にW198Xの突然変異が認められた.
