本態性高血圧症患者の運動療法における降圧と糖代謝異常との関連

Research Abstract

平成12年度の研究予定は高血圧者の運動療法の実施と糖負荷試験の実施であった。本態性高血圧患者のリクルートは予定どうり進行中であり、外来での6週間の観察期間後、自転車エルゴメーターによる漸増運動負荷試験による適切な運動強度設定を行っている。運動療法開始前にIVGTTによるインスリン感受性及び非感受性糖取り込み能の算定を行い、数人の本態性高血圧患者が運動療法を受けている。症例数がまだ少ないのでリクルートを強化する必要がある。遺伝子解析は過去に我々の研究室で運動療法を行った患者からのヘパリン採血は終了し、遺伝子解析が進行している。今後、各遺伝子多型の頻度と表現型(降圧度等の過去のデータ)との因子分析を行う予定である。
