| Research Abstract |
対象は17例の神経性過食症(BN群)と12名の健康対照者(C群)で、全例とも女性。なお、前年度は対照者を過去の研究で使用したデータを使っていたが、今年度は新たに対照群を集めた。全例に同意を得た上で、Eating Disorder Inventory、Beck's Depression Scale(BDI)、STAI、CISS、ハミルトンのうつ病および不安尺度、PHA刺激によるLymphoproliferative response(LR)、リンパ球サブセットなどを施行した。また、可能な症例では約1ヶ月後に再検査した。BN群は23.0±3.8歳(平均±標準偏差)、C群は25.4±3.6歳、Body Mass IndexはBN群が19.8±2.5、C群が19.8±0.8といずれもt検定で有意差を認めなかった。またBN群は週に平均7.6±3.1回の過食、7.5±6.5回の嘔吐、日に7.3±15.5錠の下剤を使用(または乱用)していた。CD4%はBN群が45.4±6.2、C群が42.8±7.9、CD4/CD8比ではBN群が1.6±0.5、C群が1.6±0.7と両群で有意な差を認めなかった。またLRはBN群が62535±24243、C群が75590±25804と差を認めなかったが、controlはBN群が468±369、C群が189±103(t=2.9、p=.008)、controlとの比であるStimulation Index(SI)ではBN群が234±169、C群が477±246(t=3.2、p=.004)と有意な差を示し、全く違う結果となった。また患者群においてSIと過食、嘔吐回数、精神症状と相関を検討するとSIとBDIの間(-0.76,p=.001 Spearman)、SATI traitとの間(-0.52,p=.04 Spearman)などに有意な相関が認められた。5症例で再測定したが、ペアーt検定で、CD4/CD8、SIとも有意な変動を認めなかった。今後、症例数を増やし、インターロイキンの測定も行い、さらに検討したいと考えている。
