| Research Abstract |
1. 網膜変性マウスにおける電気生理学的動態の基礎資料として、網膜変性の臨床例における電気生理学的研究を行った。
1)Enhanced S-cone Syndromeの本邦第一例を経験し、その網膜視機能の解析を行った。
2)網膜色素変性症における錐体系明順応について研究し、これまでの報告と異なり、本症においても正常者と同様に錐体系の明順応下での増幅がみられることを明らかにした。
2. 網膜移植に際して予想される合併症の一つである増殖硝子体網膜症が、TGF-βの硝子体内注入により抑制されることを明らかにした。
