Research Abstract |
(1)We studied the polarized structure function of nucleons in the resonance region based on the quark model and discussed how the sum rule at large Q^2 connects to the GDH sum rule at Q^2=0 limit. (2)In order to extract the polarized gluon distribution Δg, we calculated the spin asymmetry between the initial proton and the produced A_c^+ in the polarized pp reaction and found that it is very promising for extraction information of Δg. (3) From the present data of semi-inclusive processes, we found Δd(x)-Δu(x)<0, i.e.that the light sea-quark flavor is asymmetric. (4) For the J/ψ production at HERA and also for central production of η, η' in pp reactions (WA102), we developed new analyses of Pomeron interaction. (5)By analyzing the ψ' production in polarized γp reaction, we found that it is a good process for testing the color-octet mechanism. (6)From the world data on the polarized structure function of g_1^p (x), g_1^n (x) and g_1^d (x), we made a new parametrization model of the polarized parton disributions. (7)We calculated the mass level of doubly charmed baryons in the Born-Oppenheimer approximation.
