| Research Abstract |
現在タイは金融危機による経済混乱にある。これが影響して多くの建設プロジェクトが中断されたり,延期,中止されている。その一方ではこの経済混乱から立ち上がる懸命な努力がされている。この研究は,これらの通貨不況の状況を克服できる建設材料と建設施工方法を開発しようとするものである。
1.高知側の作成したプロポーザルをタイ側が検討し、必要な修正を高知側に申し入れ、高知側が検討し結果を再度タイ側に連絡した。この過程を繰り返し、ある程度計画を煮詰めた。
2.上記1.によって同意された項目に就いては、項目別の実施具体案を相互で作成し、互いに交換、検討した。検討結果を交換して、調整した。
3.上記1.および2.の結果を整理して、同意された事項、代案提示事項、再協義事項に分類した。
4.実施計画を双方実施促進した。
5.実施軌道へ乗せた場合の問題点の究明を相互に行った。その解決方法について、相互の意見、計画を交換した。問題点の絞り込みと解決方法の相互提案した。問題点の影響を究明した。
6.現地並びに、日本側の情勢変化の分析とその影響を分析した。
7.以上の状況を互いに把握して、タイにおける検討会議を開催し,情報交換、路線修正のうえ,通貨不況の状況を克服できる建設材料と建設施工方法を提案した。
