| Research Abstract |
1.我々は1999〜2000にかけ,ミニパトルに関する基礎データを増やした。その後,特に,除細動後の心筋へのダメージが問題となったため,慢性犬による組織学的検討を行ったところ除細動の間隔を30秒あけ,20Jで3回までが,組織への影響が少ないことが判明した。そして,ついに,
2.2000年3月,臨床例2例にミニパドルを用いた。(ASD症例)
細動誘発は,50H_37Vで安全に術野をさまたげることなく可能であった。
☆心室ペーシング閾値は6.5V,5.8V,心房ペーシング閾値は6.6V
☆心室センシング閾値は7.8〜8.0mV,10.0〜12.0mV,
☆除細動は21Jで成功し,何ら合併症なく抜去した。
今後臨床例を増やして行く。
