Research Abstract

本研究の目的は、千葉県下の地域がそれぞれに有する各種資源(自然的・人工的・人文的・景観的)の発掘・採集を行い、そのより有効な利活用の方途を総合的・学際的手法に立脚して具体的に探求するとともに、その成果を当該の地域に還元して、地域の活性化を図っていくことにある。
平成11〜13年度にかけての研究初年度である平成11年度には、主として、千葉県における潜在的地域資源の発掘・採集とデータベースづくりを行った。そのため、まず、千葉大学工学部都市環境システム学科を中心とする「潜在的資源利活用調査研究機構」が中核となり、千葉県内自治体、千葉県内企業、千葉県在住地域住民の四者間双方向情報交換を行うため、インターネットのwwwを利用した情報集積ネットワークシステムを構築した。
上記のネットワークを活用しつつ、千葉県全域の自治体、公的研究機関、企業などを対象として、それぞれが有する潜在的地域資源に関するアンケート調査を実施するとともに、数か所の地域に出向いて具体的な現地調査を行った。また、こうして採集された各種潜在的地域資源情報に関するデータベースを作成した。
これらの作業と併行し、日本国内(青森県、福島県、山梨県、愛知県、岐阜県、京都府、福岡県など)および国外(中国四川省、台湾省、韓国利川など)における地域資源利用活用事例の採集を当該地域に赴いて実施するとともに、データベース化した。
なお、平成12年度には、本年度に集積された潜在的地域資源の評価・分析に基づき、その利活用の探求を実施する予定である。具体的には、感性工学、システム工学、環境情報工学、信頼性工学、防災工学、エネルギー工学、シミュレーション工学、マネージメント工学など本研究者組織による学際的手法に基づいて、潜在的地域資源の評価・分析を行うとともに、その利活用の可能性に関する総合的検討をまとめ、その成果を自治体・企業・地域住民に提案することにしている。
