Research Abstract |
(1) Firstly, two different kinds of questionnaires are invented in order to ask ideas of reasonable class and school size to the elementary and lower secondary school principals, and ask teachers ideas of reasonable class size and the realities of teaching, guidance and working conditions. And these research results are reported in the RESEARCH RESULTS ON PRINCIPALS AND TEACHERS IDEAS OF REASONABLE SCHOOL AND CLASS SIZE AND THE REALITIES OF TEACHING AND WORKING CONDITIONS, published in 2000. (2)Similar survey above are executed to the foreign countries teachers such as USA, UK, Germany and France. These research results are reported in the COMPARATIVE RESEARCH SURVEY ON ELEMENTARY-LOWER SECONDARY TEACHERS WORKING CONDITIONS AND SYSTEM OF DIVISION OF LABOUR IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES (FINAL REPORT), published in 2001. (3)Third project are practiced to discover the effects of class size upon student's achievement and their value development. These findings are reported in the RESEARCH RESULTS ON EFFECTS OF SCHOOL SIZE UPON STUDENT'S LEARNING CONDITIONS, ACIEVEMENT AND CLASS LIFE, published in 2001.
