Research Abstract |
1 Polyclonal antibody against bisphenolA (bpA), endocrine disruptor was made. And it was used for enzyme-immunoassay (EIA) to quantify bpA in various organs of the rats, which had drunk water containing bpA. Increase of bpA in diencephalon, medulla oblongata, liver, spleen, kidney, were detect. Especially increase of bsA in liver and spleen were very large. 2 We tried to visualize bsA by immunohistochemistry under various condition. However we could not visualize it. 3 During 5 generations, we give water containing bpA to the rats. However we could not detect morphological disorder, abnormal behavior and decrease of newborn babies as compared to control rats.
