Research Abstract	高温プラズマに現れる崩壊現象のうち多くのものが「自己維持乱流の別の分岐への遷移現象にである」という描像に基づき、遷移現象に対して確率変数を導入したモデル方程式を定式化し、発生領域や発生頻度などの諸量を評価する方法を研究した。 (1)プラズマ中で観測されているELM(Edge Localized Mode)をLモード(Low Confinement Mode)とHモード(High Confinement Mode)間の遷移であると考え非線形ギンツブルグ・ランダウ方程式として定式化し、プラズマ乱流による揺らぎの効果を確率変数として導入した。このモデルを解析することにより物理量の時間変化の確率的性質や統計性の導入による遷移条件の変化を調べ、遷移条件に対する確率分布関数を評価した。この研究は論文("Probabilistic Nature in L/H Transition",S.Toda,S-I,Itoh,M.Yagi,K.Itoh and A.Fukuyama,J.Phys.Soc.Jpn.,vol 68,No.11(1999)pp.3520-3527)として公表した。 (2)従来より我々のグループが提唱してきたプラズマの自己維持乱流理論を統計的に拡張するための理論基盤を確立した。具体的には自己維持乱流のダイナミクスをランジュバン方程式として定式化し、統計的性質を導入することに成功した。この研究は論文("Statistical Theory of Subcritically-Excited Strong Turbulence in Inhomogeneous Plasmas.I",S.-I Itoh and K.Itoh,J.Phy.Soc.Jpn.,vol 68,No.6(1999)pp.1891-1906 and "Statistical Theory of Subcritically-Excited Strong Turbulence in Inhomogeneous Plasmas.II",S-I Itoh and K.Itoh,J.Phy.Soc.Jpn.,vol 68,No.8(1999)pp.2611-2625)として公表した。
