Research Abstract

平成13年度においては、以下の具体的課題について研究を推進した。
(1)破壊の物理化学的機構解明
(i)破壊の発生、進展の数値シミュレーション研究と実験的検証
a.理論式を用いたステンレス鋼の応力腐食割れ進展速度の予測に関する研究き裂進展速度の理論的予測の妥当性の検証(達成度70%)
b.軽水炉中における照射誘起応力腐食割れの支配因子と寿命予測に関する研究材料組成、特にSi、P、Sなどの微量元素及び水素の環境助長割れ感受性に及ぼす影響を明らかにし、その機構の解明(達成度60%)
c.3次元き裂進展の有限要素解析コードの開発複雑な境界条件下のき裂進展予測のための有限要素き裂進展シミュレーションコードの開発(達成度95%)と3次元き裂進展挙動解析(達成度70%)
(ii)転位群の動力学による水素効果の評価水素誘起型き裂進展モデルの構築と進展速度予測式の開発(達成度40%)
(iii)複雑系破壊研究複数き裂群の進展、合体解析の数値解析コードの開発と局所化過程の解明(達成度60%)
(II)局所情報計測技術の高精度化研究
(1)局所材料情報計測
(i)経年劣化の非破壊計測・評価研究
a.局所表面情報計測に基づく環境助長割れ機構の解明に関する研究すべり帯形成に伴う活性溶解と局部電池形成と皮膜情報計測(達成度60%)
b.局所表面情報計測に基づく環境中疲労損傷の機構解明に関する研究繰り返し負荷に伴う固執すべり帯の形成と酸化挙動の解析(達成度70%)
c.局所材料情報計測に基づく熱遮へいコーティング劣化機構解析に関する研究熱遮へいセラミックスコーティング部の酸化挙動の解明とその非破壊計測・評価(達成度70%)
(ii)ナノ結晶破壊制御研究粒界設計と粒界特性分布の制御による粒界強度及び粒界腐食特性の制御と高性能化(達成度60%)
(iii)高環境耐久性材料開発研究「加工熱処理による粒界制御工学」粒界構造制御による高耐粒界腐食性オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼の開発(達成度60%)
(2)局所環境情報計測
(i)表面劣化機構研究
a.応力負荷下における酸化皮膜のその場計測法による皮膜破壊・再不活性化機構の解明に関する研究酸化皮膜の保護性に及ぼす負荷応力及び動的ひずみの影響と環境助長割れ発生との相関(達成度60%)
b.超臨界水中での合金の腐食劣化研究超臨界水中における金属材料の適合性研究と劣化メカニズムの解明とモデル化(達成度70%)
(ii)局所環境情報計測・評価研究
a.き裂開口部およびき裂内溶液のラマン分光法によるin-situ計測手法の開発ラマン分光法による局所表面皮膜の評価と局所溶液化学のin-situ計測(達成度70%)
b.BWR環境を模擬した304Lステンレス鋼のき裂先端溶液化学に及ぼす溶存酸素、温度及び時間の影響に関する研究き裂先端におけるアニオン種の濃縮の直接計測とその影響因子の評価(達成度80%)
(3)局所力学情報計測
(i)局所応力の計測に関する研究
ナノ領域弾性特性評価及び超音波AFM超音波AFMによる極微小領域の弾性特性評価とその応用に関する研究(達成度80%)
(4)局所欠陥情報計測
(i)集中誘導型交流電位差法、磁気光学(ホール素子)法、微小アンテナ法、マイクロ波法、渦電流探傷法、超音波法による微小き裂の進展挙動の計測
