Research Abstract	mantle cell lymphoma(MCL)はB細胞の腫瘍である。MCLの白血病化した6症例につき、lymphoma cellと末梢血のT細胞をco-cultureして、T細胞の反応性増殖とIFNγ産生能を検討した。5症例ではMLCおよびIFNγ産生の亢進を認めなかったが、1症例で腫瘍細胞に反応してT細胞が増殖し、IFNγ産生の亢進がみられた。この症例は化学療法にほとんど反応せず白血化したものであるが、その後無治療にて増悪することなく、腫瘍と"共存"している。この症例ではT細胞レパトア解析で、CD4陽性T細胞ではVβ4を、CD8陽性T細胞ではVβ3を使用する頻度が高く、偏りが認められた。これらの結果よりMCLにT細胞が反応しており、MCL上にT細胞が認識する腫瘍抗原が存在することが示唆された。そこで、患者MCL細胞よりcDNAライブラリーを作製し、現在患者血清を用いSEREX(serological identification of antigens by recombinant expression cloning)法によるMCLの腫瘍抗原の同定を行っている。)
