口腔癌発生におけるヒトパピローマウイルスの役割の地理病理学的研究

Research Abstract	1)10例口腔粘膜尋常性天疱瘡(PV)、15例皮膚尋常性天疱瘡(PV)、10例皮膚尋常性紅班(PE)を用い、Dsc1,Dsc3とDsg1,2の免疫組織化学的検索を行った。正常組織と比べてみると、口腔PV、皮膚PVと皮膚PEのDsc1,Dsc3とDsg1,2の発現は著明に減少した。これらの結果はDscとDsgはPVの発症に重要な役割を果たしていると明らかになった。(Oral Med.Pathol.5:87-94,2000) 2)17例OPL-HCV、10例OLCSR、14例iOLPを用い、CD4,CD8,B cells,HLA-DR,S-100,HSP60,KI-67,PCNAの免疫組織化学的検索を行った。iOLPのCD8陽性細胞と比べると、OPL-HCVのlamina propriaにはCD8陽性細胞は比較的に高く、上皮あるいは結合組織には比較的に低い。CD8細胞の分布はOLPのタイプに関連していると示唆された。(Oral Dis.revised) 3)72例の口腔内の小唾液腺原発の粘表皮癌を用いて,アポトーシスおよびアポトーシス関連タンパク発現と組織分化度や臨床像との比較を行い,これらが予後判断のマーカーとなり得ることを明らかにした。(Pathol.Int.50:603-609,2000)
