| Research Abstract |
数論的幾何学は、代数学の諸分野と密接な関係を持っている。そこで本研究では、数論的幾何学を中心のテーマとして取り上げ、数論的幾何学自体の研究を行うとともに、整数論、代数幾何学、環論、組み合わせ論などの代数学の諸分野への数論的幾何学の関連と応用を研究した。そのため、代数学全体をテーマとする代数学シンポジウムを始め、可換環論や解析数論などの研究集会を開いた。さらに日本の代数学研究者の最新の名簿を作るなど、代数学全体の研究者の研究環境の改善を行った。
分担者を中心とする研究では、次のような研究を行った:
・森田、加藤、斎藤、平田が中心となり、数論的幾何学の研究を行った。
・森田、雪江、吉田、伊吹山、小池が中心となり、数論的幾何学の整数論への関連と応用を研究した。
・石田、桂、向井が中心となり、数論的幾何学の代数幾何学への関連と応用を研究した。
・渡辺が中心となり、数論的幾何学の環論への関連と応用を研究した。
・坂内が中心となり、数論的幾何学の組み合わせ論への関連と応用を研究した。
