Research Abstract

高速曲進破壊経路予測応用形シミュレーション実施:
前年度開発したプログラムにより、高速曲進破壊経路予測応用形シミュレーションを実行した.ビデオ編修装置により、シミュレーションによる動的破壊伝播の様相を動画化し、高速度連続写真と比較して対応の詳細を明らかにした。これらにより、き裂加速度一定場では応用形クライテリオンとして,動的き裂伝播一定説で実験の動的破壊履歴と極めて良く一致する,シミュレーション結果をえることができた.
破面観察および検証実験
前年度および今年度実施される動的破壊実験の試験片について、走査型電子顕微鏡により、破面の三次元粗さ測定や介在物元素素分析などを調べた.これにより、動的破壊現象のメカニズムとの関連を明らかにした。具体的には,
また、前年度と異なる動的破壊実験に対して、本研究で開発した動的破壊経路予測シミュレーション手法が実際に有効に実験結果を予測、再現できるかなどの確認のため、シミュレーションで予測した条件と同じ実験を行う。破面の三次元粗さとき裂先端へのエネルギー流入束に比例関係があることを明らかにした.
高速分岐応用型シミュレーション開発および実施:
本研究者らは,すでに動的き裂分岐の支配条件として,プロセスゾーン臨界エネルギー流入束条件を明らかにした.すなわち,動的き裂分岐はき裂先端への単位時間当たりのエネルギー流入が材料固有の臨界値に達した時生じることを解明した.
ここでは,実験で得られた臨界エネルギー流入束条件と物体形状、材料定数、境界条件、初期条件、破壊靱性値を与えるだけで動的分岐破壊経路の予測を可能にする手法を開発した。これにより,対称2本分岐破壊に対しては,実験と一致するシミュレーション結果が得られた.
