Research Abstract |
(1)FOUR TRANSCRIPTION FACTORS THAT BIND TO THE UPSTREAM REGION OF PORCINE FOLLICLE STIMULATING HORMONE SUBUNIT GENE HAVE BEEN CLONED USING YEAST ONE-HYBRID SYSTEM. (2)THE NUCEOTIDE SEQUENCES OF CLONES HAVE HOMEOTIC REGION, WHICH RECOGNIZES SPECIFIC DNA SEQUENCES. (3)PRODUCTION OF RECOMBINANT TRANSCRIPTION FACTOR HAVE BEEN SUCCEEDED AND THE GEL MOBILITY SHIFT ASSAY DEMONSTRATED SPECIFIC BINDING FOR FSHβ GENE (4)EXPRESSION. VECTORS CONTAINING CLONED TRANSCRIPTION FACTORS WERE TRANSFECTED IN THE CHO CELLS TOGETHER WITH A REPORTER VECTOR FUSED WITH THE 5'-UPSTREAM REGION OF THE FSHI3 GENE AND SOME STIMULATION OF THE GENE EXPRESSIO WAS OBSERVED.
