| Research Abstract |
This research has five subjects under the theme of "Legal-sociological Study on the process of divorce-conflict resolution. Firstly, "what is the cause of the divorce-conflict?" Especially,we concentrate on it's motivation. Secondly, "what is the cause of the divorce-conflict?" Especially, we concentrate on it's background. Thirdly, "what is the procedures of the divorce-conflict?" Fourthly, "what is the suport system of the divorce-cnflict?" Finally, "what is the problems in case of resolution of the divorce-conflict?"
Findings are as follows.
Firstly, from a viewpoint of typology of the divorce-conflict, we find that type of divorce caused by patriarchal persecution is the most problematical case. Moreover, we find that there are not many women's shelter against an expanse of DV. Secondly, we find that many wives are at war with her husbands based on an upward tendency of her social status. Thirdly, we find that divorce-procedure by mediation is the most problematical case of all. Because we find many lawyers act for client. Fourthly, we find that the center for women is the most available for women because of system for women. Finaly, we find out two problems, namely the distribution of property and the expense of bringing up a child is against women.
