Research Abstract |
In the present year, our researches were curried out the following subjects; 1,Development for the numerical analysis system on the prediction method of Tsunami wave exciting forces on floating structures in shallow sea. 2,To clarify the characteristics of responses on moored floating structures induced by tsunami by using wave tank experiments. 3,To establish the simulation system of responses on moored floating structures by using simulated tsunami. From the results of above research, we could get the following conclusion as; In the case of over 30m water depth, the influences of tsunami on mooring tensions of floating structure are small. Also, the mooring tensions induced by tsunami are same order to the mooring tensions induced by maximum wind wave forces.
