| Research Abstract |
1.各種糸球体腎炎の進行機序をcDNAアレイを用いて解析するためにまず、正常腎組織に発現している遺伝子郡を解析し、その情報を公開した。

2.メサンギウム細胞に発現している遺伝子群をcDNAアレイを用いて解析し、その情報を公開した。

3.膜性腎症は比較的予後の良い腎炎とされているが、末期腎不全へ進行する
症例もある。腎生検上どのような分子マーカーが腎機能の悪化に関与しているか検討した結果、間質への細胞浸潤とVI型コラーゲンの沈着が腎機能悪化に関与していた。

4.急速進行性糸球体腎炎におけるT細胞の活性化に必要なco-stimulatory molecule CD80およびCD86の発現状況を検討した。CD86は半月体が形成されているボーマン嚢周囲に強く発現しており、CD4細胞はこれらの分布と一致していた。尿細管上皮にはCD80が発現してT細胞活性化を行っている。
