| Research Abstract |
1、イエウサギ膝関節変形性関節症(OA)モデルの作成
膝関節半月板切除術によるOAモデル作成技術の安定性が確保された(術後4週群について)。現在、術後2週におけるOAモデルの作成中である(次項参照)。
2、膝関節の関節鏡視
平成12年10月に納入された細径硬性関節鏡システムを用いて、術後4週群(第1群:10匹)を対象に鏡視所見の記録を行った。鏡視所見の記録は、デジタル画像をそのまま保存できるDVテープを用いた。なお、当初、術後4週群と8週群(第2群:10匹)を対象に考えていたが、本関節鏡の第1群における高いOA検出力から、第2群を術後2週に設定し直し、より早期のOA変化に対する検出能力についての検討を開始した。この第2群については、今後も設定変更の可能性があると考えている。
3、膝関節の肉眼解剖
第1群を対象に、肉眼解剖所見をとり、スライド用写真にて記録した。
4、本関節鏡の検査特性の算出
第1群について、2)にて記録保存した関節鏡視画像を基にしたOAの有無判定中である。
