Research Abstract |
Purposes of this study, to analyze teaeher behaviors and learner behaviors, and to evaluate class an interview and a questionnaire in high school and university Kendo class. In M high school, the class developed teaching in unison and there is a little time in reciprocally action. Result of the interview after the class, the students states their negative impressions of painful, smelly, tired, and uninteresting. The formative evaluation in Kendo classes, they thought lowly of motivation and an interest. The reason was sitting straight, fundamental training, Kendo protector with strong smell, and pain hitting a Kote in Kendo classes. In I university, the Kendo classes evaluated "good classes" at students. But, there were a few problems in the class. Improved points after this study : ・Learners for the first time, they felt difficultly even simple motions and there were different opinions between teacher and learner. ・In lack of success, the learner find their way-out of the classes with halfhearted motion. ・Learners couldn't do self-evaluation about their motion that was effective or not. ・Learners didn't take measures to meet the situation when the shinai hit their armpit. ・Learners took many times wearing the Kendo protector. ・Learners had unpleasant feeling about their legs was corrupted.
