| Research Abstract |
今年度中の研究は以下の通り:
1.無限生成自由群から構成される因子環の既約部分因子環のJones指数の取りうる値を完全に決定した。研究計画で述べた通りの方向で成功した。この結果は下記の共著論文の中にまとめておいた:

2.フォン・ノイマン環の融合積と離散群上のランダムウォークの関連に関しては、幾つか調べて得た事を下記の論文に含めてまとめておいた:
"Amalgamated free product over Cartan subalgebra,II:Supplymentary results ＆ examples."preprint(2000).
3.これまでのカルタン部分環上の融合積についての研究を更に進めた。完全性の必要十分条件を、自然に付随するエルゴード的同値関係の言葉で完全に記述した。A.Connesが70年代に導入したフォン・ノイマン環の同型不変量がその同値関係の"ほぼ"1次コホモロジー群として得られる事を証明した。
