プロトンMRスペクトル分析による舌癌放射線治療後の予後判定

Research Abstract

臨床的に舌癌と診断され放射線治療が施行された患者について、生検前にまずMRSを施行し、生検直後に再度MRSを施行し生検による影響を検討した。外部放射線治療が行われた患者に対しては、治療中は1週間ごとにMRSを施行し、治療後は2週間ごとに6ヶ月間MRSを施行した。
放射線治療が終了しているものの6ヶ月以上経過していない患者については、6ヶ月経過した時点でMRSを施行した。
その後、MRSデータ,特に腫瘍もしくは放射線治療後の組織のアスパラギン酸やpHおよび乳酸の比率などを解析し、それぞれの関連を検討した。
その結果、pHは放射線治療の予後判定の重要な役割を演ずることが示唆された。
なお、MRスペクトル分析は人体への電離放射線被曝を伴う検査ではないが、当大学院歯科研究科の倫理規定にのっとり、患者には本研究の目的、方法および予想される結果と意義を説明し、十分な理解が得られた後、細心の注意を払って研究を実施した。
