Research Abstract	本研究は、様々な生命現象に密接に関連している活性酸素の電解生成、その場検出、反応制御、反応特異性の解明を目的として行われ、本年度は次の成果を得た。 1.非水溶媒中、吊り下げ水銀電極で電解生成したスーパーオキシドイオンおよび過酸化水素によって誘起される電流振動現象のメカニズムを解明し、新規な電気化学界面振動現象を明らかにした。 2.過酢酸と過酸化水素の電気化学的同時分析法を確立した。 3.アルカリ性水溶液中においてポリアニリン及びポリアニリンスルホン酸修飾電極を用いてスーパーオキシドイオンを電解生成できることを見出し、その生成機構を明らかにした。 4.自己組織化単分子膜電極を用いて、アスコルビン酸と神経伝達物質を同時分離・定量することに成功した。
