| Research Abstract |
筋内の形状や内圧の変化を感知して中枢に伝える受容器を筋機械受容器、筋内の代謝性変化を感知する受容器を筋代謝受容器と呼び、これらの自律神経、心機能や血管調節、及び循環に関与する相互作用を明らかにすること課題とした。
12人の被験者において、筋代謝受容器反射と動脈圧受容器反射の相互作用に関する実験を行った。ハンドグリップ運動後に前腕を阻血した状態で1)ネックチャンバーにて動脈圧受容器を刺激し、そのときの動脈血圧変化および筋交感神経活動を記録した。また、2)ネックチャンバーを用いないで、自発的な血圧変化に対する筋交感神経活動も記録した。
上記2つの実験結果から、筋代謝受容器反射刺激時には、動脈圧受容器反射における筋交感神経活動の反応性、特に、動的反応性が大きく変化することが明らかとなった。この結果は、平成14年に、米国におけるExperimental Biology学会、日本体力医学会、運動生理学会で発表し、国際的に権威のあるJournal of Physiologyにも掲載され、また、今年度4月の米国におけるExperimental Biology学会においても発表する。
