Research Abstract |
Recently photovoltaic power (PV) system which is a clean energy source has been attracted attention in order to solve global environment problems and so on. 40kW PV systems were installed in 39 Colleges of Technology. In this research, we collect the data in theses 39 PV sites such as the equipment specification and generated electric energy, evaluate these data, produce the database of these collecting data and the evaluation result, and publish the database by the Internet. Data, such as the equipment specification and generated electric energy by PV system installed in 39 Colleges of Technology, was collected. The evaluation program of data was created and we compared the measured data with the values simulated from solar radiation and compared the generated electric energy of each College. The weather condition measurement system was installed in Maizuru College of Technology with snow season, and the data in this point was collected. Consequently, the frame of a PV module causes snow coverage, and it became clear that twice electric energy will be obtained by removing snow coverage. The data in north direction was collected using the PV system installed at Wakayama College of Technology which can be set variable direction and tilted angle. As compared with the electric energy of PV system installed in south direction, it became clear that the average value in a year was 661 The server system was built in Toyota College of Technology for publication with the Internet. The program (normalizing tool) was created to transfer the data of each College into the unified form. The data of PV system was produced as database, which is exhibited by the Internet.
