Research Abstract	15年度における主な研究活動としては、まずイタリアの学術研究会譲からの支援により10月にイタリアのフィレンツェ大学数学科に滞在し、多値論理の研究で国際的に知られるD.Mundici教授等と多値論理の代数構造に関する共同研究をおこなったことがあげられる。とくにCraig型の補間定理に関して現在も共同研究が続いている。10月末にはフィレンツェ大学のミニワークショップで、また11月始めにはシエナで開催されたファジー論理と多値論理の研究集会"The Logic of Soft Computing III"の招待講演で研究成果を発表した。とくにポスドク研究員として北陸先端科学技術大学院大学に滞在中のN.Galatosとの共同研究で得られた、部分構造論理の代数化定理およびGlivenko型の定理の一般化に関して多大な関心が寄せられた。イタリア滞在中にはこの他、シエナ大学のF.Montagna教授、カリアリ大学のF.Paoli博士と共同研究をおこなった。つぎに11月下旬にデンマークで開催されたStudia Logica刊行50周年記念の国際会議では、招待講演として、本研究の主題である"Residuated Lattices and Substructural Logics"に関するサーヴェイ的な報告をおこなった。この講演に対してはLambek計算の研究者、Algebraic Logicの研究者などから関心が寄せられた。さらに1月には研究協力者のT.Kowalski博士(オーストラリア国立大学)とP.Jipsen教授(アメリカ、チャップマン大学)を招聘し、現在3人で執筆中の著書"Residuated Lattices : an algebraicglimpse at substructural logics"についての打ち合わせをおこなった。この本はKluwer Academic PublisherのシリーズTrends in Logicの一巻として出版予定であり今年度中に完成するところまで進行している。
