確率モデルに基づく分散型実数値コード遺伝的アルゴリズムの構成法に関する研究

Research Abstract	遺伝的アルゴリズム(以下GAと略す)は,ロバストな探索手法として注目され,多くの基礎および応用研究が行われてきた.しかし,GAがより汎用的な探索手法として発展するためには,従来のGAの枠組みを越えた大きなブレークスルーが要望されている.新しいGAの枠組みとして近年注目されているのが,統計的手法と融合した「確率モデルGA」である.確率モデルGAでは,従来の「遺伝的オペレータ」が,「個体分布の確率モデル推定とそのモデルに基づいたサンプリング」に置き換わる.GAがより強力な探索手法となるためには,評価関数における変数間の依存関係(リンケージ)の学習が重要となるが,確率モデルは,個体分布のモデル推定にこの機能を伴わせることが出来るので,有利であると考えられている. 本研究では,実数値向き分散型確率モデルGAの研究として,1.数百パラメータ数までスケールアップできる実数値ヒストグラムGAの研究 2.ベイジアンネットワークとの融合の研究 3.多変量正規分布を用いる分散型確率モデルGAの研究を推進した.これらの研究の結果,従来の実数値GAを凌駕する確率モデルGAの方式確立することができた.さらに,本研究では,実数値確率モデルGAの研究に加えて,順序表現向き確率モデルGAの研究も強力に推進した.なお,研究成果は,国際学会,国内外学術論文誌で公表した.
