| Research Abstract |
昨年度開発したクーロメトリックフローセルの応用として、開発したフローセルを用いた分析法の開発を行った。具体的には、下記の二つの分析法の開発を行った。
はじめに、カテコールアミンを基質としたcatechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT)活性測定法に開発したフローセルを応用した。COMT活性化剤及び阻害剤探索のためのスクリーニング法の開発を、フローインジェクション分析(FIA)法を用いて行った。また、ヒト高血圧とCOMTの関連を調べる目的で、ヒト赤血球中COMT活性測定法を確立した。ラット組織(肝臓、腎臓など)中のCOMT活性についても測定が可能であった。
次に、ドーパミンの酸性代謝物である3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acidとhomovanillic acidの同時分析法の開発を行った。この分析法は、ラット腎透析液に適用可能であり、今後、腎におけるドーパミン代謝を調べる上で有用な方法であると期待される。
開発したフローセルを検出器として応用するため、3電極方式のセルの検討を現在行っているところである。
