Research Abstract

以下の、行為模倣統合システムと統合モデル構築をすすめた。
A.行動観察・認識システム:動作の開始と終了をとらえつつオンラインで動作認識するための分節化手法において、同時に認識しうる複数の動作名各々の生起度の時系列変化を確率的にモデリングすることで、ロバストな分節化手法を実現した。また人間日常動作の長時間データから姿勢確率密度分布を推定し、不十分な観測データからでも適切に人の姿勢を推定するアルゴリズムを実現した。
B.インタラクティブ模倣学習機能:1)教示者の身振り音声のフィードバックを受け、その意味解釈に基づいて自己行動を修正する機能、2)確率的な経験蓄積と状況推論機構に基づく対話的行動判断・生成・修正システムの基盤設計、3)タスク・モーションプラナの統合と行動誘導に基づく日常生活環境での支援行動生成システムの構築、を実装した。
C.模倣の統合モデル構築と目的レベル模倣:模倣の統合モデルの重要な要素となる身体像の認知モデルに関して、最新の脳科学の知見に立脚する獲得・適応モデルを構築し道具使用時の身体像延長現象に適用した。一方、目的レベル模倣機能には身体・環境条件の相違や外乱の下でも、相手と同じ目的に到達する能力が必要である。身体・環境ダイナミクスの大域構造を制御則レパートリと関連づけて探索・記憶する学習手法と、それに基づいて任意の初期状態から所与の目標状態にいたる制御手順を自動生成する手法、および模倣対象の運動特徴に合致する運動を生成する手法、を新たに構築した。
D.行動模倣学習システム実現:異構造ロボットによる模倣機能を構築するために、認識した動作プリミティブから意味レベルの模倣動作を生成できるシステムを構築し、また物体操作に関する複数の動作プリミティブを自動獲得し、獲得動作プリミティブに基づいて人間の机上作業を認識し支援操作を予測し、状況に対応した支援軌道を生成するシステムを実現した。
